Häufige Probleme:
- Session wird nicht gefunden: Alle Geräte im gleichen WLAN, Berechtigung „Lokales Netzwerk“ aktivieren, App neu starten
- Keine Musik: Apple-Music-Abo und Medienberechtigung auf dem Host prüfen
- Verbindung bricht ab: „Erneut verbinden“ nutzen, WLAN-Stabilität prüfen
- Trivia geht nicht: Dafür wird Internet auf dem Host benötigt — Quiz und Playlist funktionieren auch ohne
UBOMI CoWork
App für CoWorking bei UBOMI IT Hamburg: Plätze buchen, Bürotür in Büronähe öffnen.
Voraussetzungen: iOS 17+ · freigeschalteter UBOMI-Account · Standortberechtigung für Türöffnung
Häufige Probleme:
- Login schlägt fehl: Zugangsdaten prüfen; neue CoWorker benötigen Freischaltung durch UBOMI
- Tür öffnet nicht: Standortberechtigung erlauben, in Büronähe sein, gültige Buchung oder Berechtigung erforderlich
- Face ID: optional — bei Problemen mit Passwort anmelden

Local multiplayer app for music nights — one iPhone is the host; everyone on the same Wi‑Fi network plays along.
Requirements: iOS 18+ · at least 2 iPhones on the same Wi‑Fi · Apple Music subscription on the host only · “Local Network” permission enabled
Common issues:
- Session not found: Ensure all devices are on the same Wi‑Fi, enable “Local Network” permission, restart the app
- No music: Check Apple Music subscription and media permissions on the host device
- Connection drops: Use “Reconnect”, check Wi‑Fi stability
- Trivia not working: The host needs internet for trivia — quiz and playlist work without it
UBOMI CoWork
App for co-working at UBOMI IT Hamburg: book desks, open the office door when near the office.
Requirements: iOS 17+ · activated UBOMI account · location permission for door access
Common issues:
- Login fails: Check credentials; new co-workers need activation by UBOMI
- Door won’t open: Allow location permission, be near the office, valid booking or access required
- Face ID: optional — sign in with password if you have problems
